What is collected
When you fill out the form: your name, your email, your company name and what you describe of your need. Avoid writing sensitive information in it.
Why
To read your request, respond to it and, if relevant, offer you a discovery call. This information is used for nothing else. It is neither sold nor added to a mailing list.
Where it goes
The request passes through Cloudflare, which hosts the website, and through Twilio SendGrid, which sends the email to APC.lab. It is then kept in APC.lab’s Google Workspace email. These companies are American: the information may be processed outside Quebec.
How long
A request that is not followed up on is deleted no later than 12 months after it is received.
Cookies and statistics
Visits and page views are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics. According to Cloudflare, this tool sets no cookies and collects no personal information. Cloudflare is an American company: these statistics may be processed outside Quebec. This website uses no advertising cookies.
Your rights and the person responsible
You may ask to access, correct or have your information deleted, and withdraw your consent. The person responsible for the protection of personal information is Antoine Provencher Chabot: antoine@apclab.ca.
